To ensure a disciplined, respectful, and academically enriching environment, all students and parents are expected to observe the following rules:
Wearing the prescribed school uniform is mandatory on all days except Monday and Friday. On those two days, students must wear their house dress (track suit and house T-shirt).
Every student must carry the school diary daily. It serves as an important communication tool and must be maintained carefully.
Students must bring only the required books as per the day's Time Table to ensure organized learning and avoid unnecessary burden.
Students must be present at school by 9:00 a.m., at least 10 minutes before classes commence.
Regular attendance is essential. Students with attendance below 75% will not be eligible for promotion unless permitted under special circumstances by the school management.
Parents are requested to ensure that their ward attends school regularly. Leave must be taken only when unavoidable, and a written leave letter signed by a parent/guardian must be submitted.
Students are strictly prohibited from giving gifts or presents to teachers or staff under any circumstance.
Students are not permitted to leave the school premises during school hours without written permission from the Principal.
Parents or guardians who wish to meet their children or teachers during school hours must first obtain permission from the Principal.
Students must handle school property with care. Any willful or negligent damage will be charged, and a fine will be imposed in addition to the cost of the damaged item.
Merit awards will be presented to students who demonstrate excellence in academics, behavior, or co-curricular activities.
Parents are encouraged to motivate their children to participate in sports and extracurricular programs. Participation in school-organized games and physical activities is compulsory unless the student is medically exempted with a valid certificate.
Every student is expected to uphold the dignity and reputation of the school by exhibiting exemplary conduct, good manners, and respect for all.
The school requests parents to actively cooperate with school authorities in matters concerning discipline, regularity, academic support, and overall character development of their children.
